Two things which resolved it for me and the one has fixed all the rest in my company.
A) Support had me go to the registry and edit the following key:
My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\NetworkProvider\Order
there is a value called "npnotes". Support had me move this value in front of the "WebClient" value.
This resolved 95% of the company's issue with Single Logon.
B) For some reason I must have added info for my account to the Accounts section on File/Preferences. I wiped this out and this seemed to fix mine. It must've been trying to pull my info from there.
Hopefully this info will be helpful to somebody else.
